The nominating committee shall request nominations for officers from the membership at least ninety days prior to the annual general meeting. The nominating committee shall determine the final slate of officers. Ballots shall be presented to the membership not less than thirty days prior to the annual general meeting and shall include spaces for write-in selections.”
