Mission

Delta Properties, Inc.'s mission is to promote the advancement of education and to lessen the burdens of government by managing the development and operation of public charter school facilities for Green Dot Public Schools (GDPS).

Delta properties, inc. (delta) was formed in 2007 as a nonprofit benefit corporation to support green dot public schools (gdps). Together with its subsidiaries, 111th place, llc (111th), 8255 beach, llc (beach), 12628 avalon, llc (avalon), manchester & 27th, llc (manchester), and 1655 27 th street facilities, llc (27th street), its primary purpose is to finance, develop, lease, and maintain certain school facilities for the exclusive use of gdps.
