Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To provide quality housing which is affordable for low and moderate income people in a safe and secure environment and to provide financial and other forms of assistance to tenants and their children to enhance their educational, recreational and vocational opportunities. In addition, while the needs of the tenants at new hope village are primary assistance for the needs of other not for profit entities serving, by way of example, such areas as housing, disadvantaged children, and shelters for the homeless and battered women will also be considered.

To provide quality housing which is affordable for low and moderate income people in a safe and secure environment and to provide financial and other forms of assistance to tenants and their children.
