Mission

To provide dedicated and compassionate care for retired and abandoned maryland thoroughbred race horses, to protect and rehabilitate maryland thoroughbred race horses; to promote second careers for retired maryland thoroughbred race horses as hunters, jumpers, dressage, trail companion or therapeutic riding horses; to partner with established equine aftercare programs to provide rehabilitation and retraining for thoroughbred horses retiring from competition in maryland; to facilitate the adoption of maryland thoroughbreds retiring from racing competition
