WE SENT EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT RCV TO MORE THAN 350 CANDIDATES RUNNING FOR ELECTION AND REELECTION. WE CONTACTED ALL 500 CLERKS FROM EVERY CITY AND TOWN IN MAINE TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT RANKED CHOICE VOTING AND PROVIDED MATERIALS. WE CREATED EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS TO REACH CITIZENS ABOUT RCV TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT HOW TO RANK THEIR CHOICES. WE EXECUTED A DIRECT MAIL PROGRAM, PRODUCED AND AIRED DIGITAL, BROADCAST AND CABLE TELEVISION ADVERTISING AND COMMISSIONED AN EXIT SURVEY TO MEASURE VOTER OPINIONS ABOUT THEIR FIRST USE OF RANKED CHOICE VOTING. THE GRANT WAS TO PRODUCE A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT RANKED CHOICE VOTING AND DISTRIBUTE IT WIDELY ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
