The organization is organized as a nonprofit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. This section exempts the organization from taxes on income. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made in the financial statements. Taxes are paid on net income earned from sources unrelated to the exempt purposes. There was no net income from unrelated business for the period ended december 31, 2019 and december 31, 2018. The organization's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities.
