Utah Ready Mixed Concrete Association

“The utah ready mixed concrete association is formed by two classes of members: voting members and associate members. Voting members and associate members have identical rights as members with the exception that voting members have the right to vote on matters requiring member approval while associate members have no voting rights. Individuals, corporations or other business entities engaged in the production of cement products who (i) are doing business in utah, southwest wyoming, or south idaho (the "association region"); (ii) are members of the national ready mixed concrete association; and (iii) pay the voting membership fee, as determined by the board of directors from time to time, will be eligible for membership in individuals, corporations or other business entities engaged in the production of cement products who individuals, corporations or other business entities engaged in the production of cement products who (i) are doing business in the association region and (ii) pay the associate membership fee, as determined by the board of directors from time to time, will be eligible for membership as associate member”

“At the annual meeting voting members have the right to vote on applicants selected by the board to fill vacancies within the board of directors.”

“There are no committees that have the authority to act on behalf of the board.”

“After the completion of form 990 at the next regularly scheduled meeting the board of directors will be provided with a copy of form 990 for review.”

“Persons may request to see documents by contacting utah ready mixed concrete association.”

“Persons requiring to see informaion may make requests for the information by contacting utah ready mixed concrete association.”
