“During 2021 the organization continueed to coordinate housing projects at its North Liberty St and Murdock Ave locations. Residents participated in governing activities while making collaborative decisions about what responsibility each associate would take on.Over time is becoming evident that some people are willing to engage more than others, and that can be frustrating to individuals who do more. At the same time tendancies to point fingers dont result in meltdowns. In general the result has been that issues are discussed and substantially resolved during honest communication had during meetings, at least to the extent that all parties are able to move forward.”
