Mission

Our mission is to create and strengthen a collaborative network of community, faith-based and neighborhood organizations that advocate for the needs of people in Baltimore, and CONNECT them to comprehensive and coordinated health and human services. We envision a future in which health care entities, social service organizations and people in the community work together seamlessly to achieve optimum health and well-being for all.

Community Development: Developed through a community resource fair to help community based organizations share social service resources with members of the Baltimore Community. We serve about 300 - 400 community members at every resource fair.-$44,366
Capacity Building: These include payments to support our workgroup activities like conducting in person meetings for our membership workgroup meeting, resource fair planning meeting, etc. These costs cover meeting materials, printing, and food.-$5,220
