Everyone for Veterans has a written Conflict of Interest Statement that Board members sign at the beginning of each year after discussion with each Board member.

A committee of the Board of Directors, all of whom are independent, establishes the Executive Director compensation and reviews it periodically. The first paid Executive Director was hired in January 2021. In order to establish the initial compensation, the Board Committee reviewed of compensation rates of comparable positions in similar organizations, and also factored in consideration for the organization's budget constraints and equity among positions within the organization.
