“MCC financial information is compiled during the fiscal year by an accountant or bookkeeper using a software program. The accountant or bookkeeper then creates reports using the software program to provide statements of financial activity, cash flows, and financial positions. A specialist familiar with 501(c)(3) organizations then creates the Form 990 Informational Return information from the statements of cash flows and financial position. A draft of the 990 is provided to the President and accountant or bookkeeper for review and changes. When complete the 990 is submitted online to the IRS.”

“On January 25, 2017, MCC registered and has an online listing with the Ohio Attorney General Charitable Law Section (OAGCLS). On May 12, 2017, MCC applied for a religious organization exemption from annual reporting and the payment of annual fees to OAGCLS. MCC received its OAGCLS religious exemption on June 8, 2017.”

“MCC makes its governing documents available to the public upon request. Also, MCC's Articles of incorporation are available to the public at the Ohio Sec. of State website (Corporations Search). MCC's 990 Informational Returns are available to the public at the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. Upon request, MCC will provide a copy of any of the above or any other public document (such as the IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and IRS Application for Recognition of 501(c)(3) Exempt Status) by mail or email.”
