“The organization's management uses the services of a third party accountant to prepare artolution, inc.'s exempt organization returns under the direct supervision of the chairman, and the program nanager. Once the tax returns are completed, the program manager provides a draft copy of the form 990 and the state form char500 to the board of directors, for review and comments. The board's comments are reviewed, analyzed and reflected, as appropriate,on the tax returns before filing.”

“Board members, corporate officers and any other related party are required to disclose to the board any transaction that may give rise to conflict of interest. This includes the disclosure of all material facts of his or her financial interest. The board reviews the facts, or delegates the review of the facts to a committee, and approves or disapproves of the transactions involving a related party. Each director, officer and key employee sign an initial conflict of interest statement. And they annually sign and submit to our organizations secretary (or to any other person designated by the president, the co-presidents or the directors) a conflict of interest statement which affirms that he or she: (a) has received a copy of the conflicts of interest policy; (b) has read and understands the conflicts of interest policy; and (c) has agreed to comply with the conflicts of interest policy. The boad reviews these statements and take all necessary actions”

“Upon request, artolution inc.'s management provides the organization's governing documents, and financial statements to the public for consultation.”
