is to end violence and abuse, especially domestic violence against women and its effect on the children and the whole family, violence and abuse against children etc. through different approach by using Charitable Education, increasing awareness, providing support and services, and using motivational speeches in Pennsylvania and if needed in any other states or globally via their websites, visits to schools, colleges, and public appearance when requested. TSI will provide resources, discussions and empowering victims by showing them there is a way out to any victim of domestic violence with the help of actual victims and survivor such as Hagir Elsheikh Board Chair/ President of TSI. TSI will seek the help of the public to brainstorm ideas, activities, and discussion to raise awareness and find ways to make a difference.

Mission. TSI is a nonprofit organization formed to attempt to eliminate personal and institutional violence against individuals through direct educational programs that provide information for support, safety, and empowerment, and services to the community in the form of public information, education, and social change activities. To study the reason behind violence and the effect of exposure to violence in all its forms. The Members of the organization and its volunteer will work toward this goal through supportive, cooperative practices in all aspects of their individual programs and collective efforts. TSI believes that Education and raising awareness is a key to eliminate violence.
