“Summit: Summits are the flagship part of our program, and we held two Summits in 2024. These are full Network, full day convenings where we bring together our diverse network of teams of high school aged youth together for a day of learning, cross community connection, collaboration, and sharing of ideas. Our learning focuses on our human centered design curriculum, including community building, problem definition, brainstorming, and storytelling. Direct Training, Team Support: We provide direct training and direct support to selected individual youth teams; where we facilitate workshops on our human centered design tools (such as visioning, empathy and stakeholder mapping, sense making, and prototyping and testing of ideas). As part of this service area, we also provide direct consulting and support to help teams navigate challenges as they arise. Network Management/Recruiting: This is a pretty big part of our work -- this is the time we spend recruiting teams into the Network, onboarding existing and new teams, and community outreach.”
