The treasurer and board of directors review and approve form 990 prior to submission.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The code of ethics requires employees, staff, volunteers and residents to report any known or suspected conflicts of interest to the facility manager or, in cases involving management, to the board or directors. All reported incidents are required to be presented to the board. Further, the treasurer conducts monthly reviews of the financial transactions and investigates any unusual activity or new vendors and reports any potential conflicts of interest to the board. If an individual has a conflict of interest with respect to a transaction, the code of ethics prohibits them from participating in the governing body's deliberations and decisions in the transaction.

The conflict of interest policy is provided to all volunteers and employees upon hiring. The governing documents and financial statements are kept on file and made available upon approved request.
