Matching Gift

The primary activity of the organization is to donate cash to various selected 501( c)(3) public charities that are charitable, religious, scientific, test for public safety, literary, music or performing arts, educational, foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, within the meaning of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law or to create or support programs which advance the forgoing charitable purpose which it creates and operates or which others create and operate.
