“Good neighbors globally fundraised and distributed the total value of 18,607,918 gifts-in-kind, a non-cash contributions as tangible goods, to support 23 field countries based on their needs. Gik value is not included in the financial report of gpc due to independent and interdependent partnership covenant, however, the items and amount of value are included to the financial report of each good neighbors partnership country operating gik mobilizations into projects.”

“Good neighbors global partnership center (gpc), in collaboration with the international cooperation office in geneva, has provided comprehensive support to enhance various aspects of our operations. This support includes technical assistance in proposal writing, fostering connections with donors, facilitating the sharing of grants information, coordinating efforts among good neighbors (gn) partners, extending budgetary aid for partner contributions, and offering additional administrative support. These efforts have significantly contributed to the expansion of our partnerships with international donor agencies. In the year 2022, good neighbors successfully executed 207 community development projects with sponsorship funds and 78 partnership projects globally. Partnership projects are implemented with un agencies, koica, japan platform, japan mofa, giz, sdc, australian high commission, new zealand embassy, and etc. It is a total of 21,455,073. However, it is important to note that funds received directly from multilateral and bilateral sources are reported in the financial statements of individual good neighbors field countries. Consequently, the total amount of multilateral and bilateral income disclosed in gpc's financial reports corresponds to the sum remitted through the gpc account, which amounts to 6,481,898.59 (407,350.56 for global impact foundation included). Emergency relief & humanitarian assistance in 2022, good neighbors field countries has faced multiple natural disasters, such as floods, cyclones, earthquakes, etc., threatened children and community people in gn cdps at different scales. Thanks to the immediate responses of the gn field countries, prompt coordination of gn gpc and generous support of gn support countries, good neighbors provided 8 emergency response operations, total 729,463, across the globe to relieve the suffering from the unprecedented disaster and to support the swift return to the daily lives of the communities. As a responsible humanitarian actor, good neighbors has made extra effort on support 6 refugee situations especially which is ongoing in gn field countries to provide sustainable livelihood measures and adequate protection mechanisms in cooperation with unhcr and other responsible coordination authorities. On top of its own contribution of good neighbors, 6 partnership projects with unicef, japan platform, koica, chest community korea equivalent usd 3,633,794 enabled our endeavor to reach further those who were suffering from the conflict in romania (ukraine situation), bangladesh (rohingya situation), uganda (congolese refugee situation), and ethiopia (tigray situation).”

There are three primary roles: first, enhancing governance and promoting leadership development through partership policies, international steering committee activities, and the establishment and cultivation of new gn member entities. Second, providing field support and promoting organization development through partnership-wide conferences, establishement of networks, and provision of communication methods. Lastly, expanding resource development and promoting marketing among the good neighbors partnership through fund management, resource pooling, coordination of fiscal audits.”
