Nickerson-Rossi Dance

-Lead all event planning, coordination, and management activities in a manner that results in a professional, well-run program, based on program mission.-Create all essential event planning documents, ie: About Us Event Document, Detailed Event Budget, Fundraising Plan and Sponsorship Documents, Marketing Plan, Event Outline and all related and supportive documentation necessitated in due course.-Manage day to day administrative responsibilities of festival operations, including ticketing, compliance (ie permits, fees, licensing) and management reporting.-Execute and/or oversee production plans including securing venues, contractors and supplies.-Negotiate and execute all aspects of the marketing plan, excluding social media.-Organization and oversight of volunteers and advisory council.-Show advancement and logistical management.-Work with local community, City personnel, business leaders and merchant and hospitality partners as the organizing force of the Palm Springs Dance Festival.
