Management fees represent amounts paid to Interel under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees totaled $881,143 for the year ended December 31, 2018. PFC's President and CEO is an employee of and was compensated by Interel.”

“Physicians for Fair Coverage (PFC) is a growing multi-specialty alliance of physician practices from around the country. PFC is the organization that advocates for physicians and their patients to improve patient protections, promote transparency and maintain access to care. To accomplish its mission, the PFC will: Advocate for strong protections that hold patients financially harmless for unexpected out-of-network care, and for adequate and fair reimbursement for physicians to ensure access to high quality healthcare services for their patients. Develop and implement a proactive strategy to promote fair healthcare coverage for the patients served by physicians. Monitor and respond to threats to fair coverage on the Federal and State level. Coordinate and mobilize, where possible and appropriate, with other stakeholders to develop coalitions in the pursuit of common goals and objectives. Develop strategies to address coercive contracting by health plans. Conduct its activities in accordance with such powers as are now, or may hereafter be permitted, under Delaware law.”
