“The corporation is formed to unite people and communities of diverse cultures through the pursuit of artistic achievement. The corporation seeks to bring artists from various disciplines of art together to collaborate, craft, educate and connect. The corporation aims to uplift, educate and unite people and communities of diverse cultures, both locally and globally, through the pursuit of artstic achievement as a means to improve the harmony and happiness of people and society through an increased awareness of the arts. In furtherance of the aformentioned goals, the corporation shall: 1. Plan and host regular events that enable artists to exchange ideas, methods and concepts; 2. Build and foster a multicultural community of artists and supporters by connecting people of various cultures, communities and disciplines who can learn from one another and collaborate to create new and original art in a safe and supportive environment; 3. Introduce multiple art forms and cultural influences to student groups nationally and globally; 4. Design and host platforms and workshops; 5. Cultivate new talent through a mentorship program; 6. Promote the work of our members through various platforms, both live and online, and assist in the publication and advancement of their events; and 7. Conduct all corporation activities in a lawful and respectful manner as will be useful in accomplishing the purposes and goals as outlined herein.”
