Mission

The Apartment Owners & Managers Association of Wisconsin's AOMA mission is to support an industry that offers safe, affordable, multifamily housing to the public, equitably compensates its workforce, and provides investors with a fair and reasonable rate of return. Its members represent all facets of the multifamily housing industry: apartment owners, management executives, developers, builders, investors, property managers, leasing consultants, maintenance personnel, suppliers, and related business professionals. AOMA is affiliated with the National Apartment Association NAA, America's leading advocate for quality rental housing.

The association holds periodic monthly educational meetings as well as certification training classes. The association also hosts a yearly one-day conference called Maintenance Mania which is a combination of education breakout sessions, exhibitors, as well as the Mania portion of the day where maintenance technicians compete against each other in skill-based games.--
