Pt VI, Line 12C

The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually at a board meeting. All directors are required to annually sign a document stating that they have reviewed the policy and are in compliance with it.

The initial salary for michael pryor, facility coordinator, was detemined at a board meeting, upon action of those board members who were independent of that decision. Likewise, any future salary adjustments will follow the same process. As is normal for all meetings, the board minutes contain a record of the items discussed and all board actions/decisions.
