Mission

The Foundation was created to help protect young adults in the community from sudden cardiac arrest ("SCA") by providing programs that permit early detection of heart defects and cardiovascular conditions, access to defibrillation and education that increases awareness. The Foundation works collaboratively with medical professionals and other organizations to identify heart defects and eliminate SCA in young adults by organizing and facilitating youth heart screenings and training students to perform "hands only" cardiopulmonary resuscitation ("CPR") and to use Automated External Defibrillators ("AED").
