Mission

Building Community Value's principal purposes are to provide educational programs to Detroit residents on the rehabilitation of real estate and provide coordination services for redevelopment of commercial properties, which would enable retail merchants to enter into under served portions of the city of Detroit. In addition, the organization my engage in join ventures that develop economically depressed neighborhood in the city.
