Is to serve the residents of brown county and the greater green bay region by facilitating public-private partnerships that relieve the burden of government that provides free unbiased, non-partisan access to government, provides government transparency, inter-municipal communication, education, and economic development opportunities that are otherwise not easily accessible. Neweye, inc. Shall operate neweye, a free public access, unbiased, non- partisan education and government television channel and internet venue.
