| Art and Design Employment Training Program. Number of persons benefited: 30. This program is offered free of charge. This program has several components. It serves as an employment training program as clients help to manage a pop-up market within the community at concerts, craft fairs and invitations to corporate events. Clients learn graphic design, customer service, money management, inventory control and market research analysis. Clients also help to manage an online store. Clients create art graphics which translates to a finished product on a t-shirt, hat or sweatshirt. Clients also make jewelry. Prior to the pandemic, we had secured 25 pop-up market events throughout 2020. Our clients are resilient and came up with an idea to open a new online store to market their designs.
