The Executive Director and Board Treasurer/CFO review the Form 990 and it is then approved by the entire Board of Directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

When any board member or employee of the organization finds himself/herself in a situation that breaches, has breached or is likely to breach these guidelines, the member will immediately disclose that matter to his/her immediate supervisor and to the Executive Director. The supervisor will either take over the matter personally or will delegate it to another employee, ensuring in the process that no further breach of this policy occurs. In each case, where a breach of this policy has been reported to a supervisor, the Executive Director will be immediately advised in writing of the breach.
