There are approximately 5000 missionaries leaving the field every year for preventable reasons such as team conflicts, marital and family issues, or burnout. The primary purpose of Refresh and Resound International is to keep missionaries emotionally healthy so they can remain in the field longer, while thriving to accomplish their mission. We do this through many different means: retreats, conferences, a "safe place" to process relationship conflicts and communication issues, as well as providing worship experiences, family getaway respite times, debriefs, financial assistance and support for those in transition.
