“The organziation has adopted the provisions of fasb topic 740 relating to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The organization recognizes the benefits or liabilities associated with a tax position during the period which, based on available evidence, management believes it is more likely than not that the position will be upheld upon examination. Tax positions that are other than routine business transcations are reevaluated annually. Generally, the statute of limitations for filing returns is three years from the date of filing. Management is not aware of any uncertain tax positions taken by the organization.”
