The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, under section 501(c) of the irs code including a)to develop, promote and present educational programs and associated teaching and learning models for the purpose of intellectual, personal and spiritual growth b)to encourage and develop study and research programs that relate to the program of the center, and to make that information available to the general public c)to make distributions to qualifying organizations for similar purposes d)to provide a conference and retreat facility for non-profit organizations and for educational purposes
