THOSE INDIVIDUALS AGES 12 AND BELOW CAN ATTEND AT NO CHARGE. THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LIONS AND THE STATE OF MONTANA WAS UPDATED IN 2022 AND WENT INTO EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2023. THE CAMP OBTAINED A GRANT FROM THE FLATHEAD ELECTRIC CO-OP FOR PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CAMPGROUND. THE CAMP RECEIVED A GRANT FROM THE STATE OF MONTANA FOR TRAILWORK, FENCING, LATRINE REPLACEMENT AND SIGNAGE IMPROVEMENTS. The youth camp operates between may and september to enable youth activities as well as to provide a venue for family reunions, weddings, etc. On a rental basis. Those individuals ages 12 and below can attend at no charge. The management agreement between the lions and the state of montana was updated in 2022 and went into effect on january 1, 2023. The camp obtained a grant from the flathead electric co-op for playground improvements in the campground. The camp received a grant from the state of montana for trailwork, fencing, latrine replacement and signage improvements. About 20 columbia falls boy scouts volunteer at the camp in the springtime and 10-15 lions club members also volunteer during the season.
