Operations of the organization is contracted out to the Alameda Transportation Management Association, a California 501C(4) non-profit Corporation.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

The tax returns are not distributed to the board. The budget, includingyear-end revenues and expenses is summarized in the annual report whichbecomes public. The chairperson reviews and signs the returns. Pursuant to the management agreement between west alameda transportation demandmanagement association and alameda transportation management association "themanager", the manager files the tax returns on behalf of west alamedatransportation demand management association. The directors, officers andmembers shall have the right to examine all such records and agreementsat manager's offices at any time during regular business hours uponproviding manager three (3) business days' advance written notice.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

In accordance with the corporate by-laws, the board shall cause acomplete record of all of its acts and corporate affairs to be kept.every director shall have the absolute right to inspect all books,records and documents of the tdma at any reasonable time. A director isentitled to make extracts and copies of documents. Within ten (10) daysof a written request by a member or an owners' association, the tdmashall provide to the member or owners' association a written statementwhich sets forth the amounts of delinquent assessments, penalties,attorneys' fees and other charges against a parcel or against the owners'association. A charge for the statement may be made by the tdma, not toexceed the reasonable costs of preparation, reproduction and mailing ofthe statement.the board reviews and approves the budget every year, which is documentedin the minute book.
