Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The Fund evaluates tax positions taken in the course of preparing the Fund's tax returns to determine whether tax positions are "more likely than not" of being sustained by the applicable tax authority. Tax benefits of positions not deemed to meet the "more likely than not" threshold would be recorded as a tax expense in the current year. For the year ended December 31, 2019, there have been no uncertain tax positions and no income tax expense has been recorded in the combined financial statements.
