As part of this, sustainable midlands is a founding member of the midlands local food collaborative which is a group of organizations dedicated to the development of a robust local food system by providing education, technical and financial assistance and community advocacy to promote sustainable agriculture, land stewardship and equitable food access. The tasty tomato festival is the main fundraiser for this program.”
