Our 2022 symposium was held this april in dallas and sold out once again with more than 100 residents in attendance. This popular course offers a unique opportunity for building social connections through both formal and informal networking time. A new in-person educational offering this year was the "facial anatomy: injection and dissection course" held in nashville this past june. This 1 and a half-day intensive hands-on training improved attendees' clinical and functional knowledge of facial anatomy for minimally invasive injection procedures with renowned experts. Attendees experienced high yield lectures and live dissection demonstrations with cadaver labs. New in 2022 was the 360-degree injection techniques and strategy live course was held in september in chicago. This full-circle course was provided to all skill levels reviewing the essentials of facial anatomy, injection pearls, strategies, tools and techniques. Attendees enjoyed high-yield lectures, panel discussions, real world studies and live patient demonstrations. Virtual education virtual education is an ongoing need, and we continue to expand our on-demand digital resources through our learning management system, asds learn. This year we rejuvenated the look, feel and navigation to make it easier to access live and on-demand educational content. Content is now categorized so that you can quickly find what you need. Asds produces a number of distance learning opportunities for its members. While a large percentage of the app focuses on the annual meeting, our members also can find information on education, practice resources, media, mentorship programs and other resources. Scholarship program for residents: asds provided scholarships for residents to attend the annual meeting and the resident cosmetic symposium. This makes it easier and more affordable for them to take advantage of these educational opportunities which augment their residency training. The scholarships were funded by external sources.
