Raps has published reports on a variety of topics in the tri-county region including, employment and population forecasts, retail sales, housing needs, and general population profile information. Acted as the administrator for the pajaro river watershed flood prevention authority activities. During the fiscal year, raps provided the city of carmel with procedural guidance and form-based templates for procurement and human resource manauls that provided a clear set of consistent rules, which was of significant benefit to this agency. Technical assistance to prepare a city of salinas sub-area travel demand model.
