The primary goal of this organization is to provide data resource and planning services to all segments of the community, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private firms. Raps has published reports on a variety of topics in the tri-county region including, employment and population forecasts, retail sales, housing needs, and general population profile information. Acted as the administrator for the pajaro river watershed flood prevention authority activities. During the fiscal year, raps provided the city of carmel with procedural guidance and form-based templates for procurement and human resource manauls that provided a clear set of consistent rules, which was of significant benefit to this agency.
