Sdap recruits panel members who are capable of providing effective representation and also provides assistance and training to ensure such representation. Sdap provides these services as set forth in the california rules of court, rule 8.300(e) and in contracts with the judicial council of california.sdap will do its utmost to protect the legal rights of indigent litigants and to ensure that just results are achieved in all cases.”
