“Luis Azevedo and Maria Moguel are brother and sister Jose De Oliveira and George De Oliveira are father and son. Alvaro Dasilva and James Pedreiro are cousins. Athena Moguel is Maria Moguel's daughter. Natasha Azevedo is Luis Azevedo's daughter.”

“The corporation shall have several classes of membership: (a) Active Members: Membership is open to persons who support the purpose of this organization, provided that their application is approved by the Board of Directors, are of good character and have duly paid their dues. (b) Honorary Members: Any active Santa Clara Sporting Club players, coaches, and other persons determined by the Board of Directors to be supportive of the purpose of this organization, and is of good character. Honorary membership is valid for one (1) year. (c) Lifetime members: Any person who has made a distinguished contribution to the corporation, and is approved by the Board of Directors. (d) Elected Directors: Elected Directors shall be active members with no membership dues for the duration of their term.”

“The By-laws may be amended or repealed by the approval of a majority of the Board of Directors at any meeting at which a quorum is present and the approval by the majority of the members at an annual or special meeting at which a quorum is present. Neither the Board of Directors nor the President shall be allowed to sell or trade any Real Estate assets held by the club without the knowledge and consent of its members.”

Salaries for the two employees are reviewed annually by Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The organization's top management officals are volunteers.”
