“Duties: contractor agrees to serve as administrator, to render services pertainingto business matters for the association, and to act as a consultant to the presidentand other officers.as administrator, contractor shall be responsible for the day-to-day administrationof the association's business program; shall assist the president in directing theassociation's business management efforts, which may include coordinatingassociation efforts with other local, state, and national organizations, and shallbe responsible for making recommendations to the president to obtain manpower andsupplies pertaining to the business management of the association.contractor duties, at the discretion of the association president, will include butis not limited to, attendance to all scheduled association meetings; membership duecollection; website administrator; coordination and administration of registrationand payment sites; coordination and communication with association board and for allthree (3) chapters and its members within all three chapters; coordination ofadministrative paperwork; maintenance of historical records, filing of associationand chapter paperwork with appropriate authorities (i.e. Irs paperwork), andconference liaison. Specific responsibilities will be outlined in the associationpolicy and procedures.”
