“DUTIES: Contractor agrees to serve as Administrator, to render services pertaining to business matters for the Association, and to act as a consultant to the President and other officers.As Administrator, Contractor shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Association's business program; shall assist the President in directing the Association's business management efforts, which may include coordinating Association efforts with other local, state, and national organizations, and shall be responsible for making recommendations to the President to obtain manpower and supplies pertaining to the business management of the Association.Contractor duties, at the discretion of the Association President, will include but is not limited to, attendance to all scheduled Association meetings; membership due collection; website administrator; coordination and administration of registration and payment sites; coordination and communication with Association Board and for all three (3) chapters and its members within all three chapters; coordination of administrative paperwork; maintenance of historical records, filing of Association and chapter paperwork with appropriate authorities (i.e. IRS paperwork), and conference liaison. Specific responsibilities will be outlined in the Association Policy and Procedures.”

“Draft form 990 is sent to president and board members for review and input. Changes are discussed and implemented within executive commitee of the board.”
