The organization has an agreement with a third party agency to serve as an off-site, full service human resource department on behalf of the organization. This agency is considered to be co-employers with innovative alternatives, inc. And provides personnel management services, including payment of employee compensation, employment taxes, employee health and medical insurance, and retirement benefits. This agreement was entered into on february 18, 2009.

Form 990 is reviewed by the president and ceo. It is then presented to the board of directors for review and approval prior to filing.

Both the whistleblower and conflict of interest policies are laid out in the organization's employee handbook. Information on the whistleblower policy is also posted in the employee break room. Every staff member, volunteer,contractor and member of the board of directors is required to sign both a "conflict of interest statement", and a "confidentiality pledge" when beginning service for the agency.
