Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1

Section viii: the difference between pair's revenues in the 2014 fiscal year (august 1, 2014-july 31,2015) and the 2015 fiscal year (august 1, 2015-july 31, 2016) is a result of the awarding of several multi-year grants in 2014, which are credited as revenue in 2014 although they were awarded for 2015 and 2016. Revenues for the 2016 fiscal year reported in this 990 filing reflect a more typical year.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B
