“2016 accomplishments 1. University of maryland created the exhibition frederick douglass and wye house and the companion website wyehousearchaeology.org. Provided content research, script writing, project management and exhibition design, fabrication and installation services. 2. The hill community project continued interpretive design consulting for an african american history project in easton, maryland. 3. Talbot county office of tourism created a visitor center gallery promoting history, culture and tourism in talbot county, md. 4. Hornpoint laboratory a. Completed planning with three middle school teachers and hpl scientists for teachers lesson plans in support of the young scientist's sea chest classroom curriculum kit, an interactive, narrative driven education program in environmental science. B. Created the website: youngscientistsseachest.org c. Created an exhibition about chesapeake champion award winner, jordan lloyd, sustainable farm to table collaborations and hpl scientific research. 5. Talbot county public schools a. Created an interpretive design education program at easton high school. Students created graphic history presentations about "the hill", easton's historic african american neighborhood and presented the work at a community festival at the chesapeake bay maritime museum. B. Collaborated with tcps gifted and talented program teacher colin stebbins to create interactive design assignments for students studying earth systems science and environmental science.”
