The Organization engages a paid preparer experienced in the preparation of form 990 to prepare the form. The Executive Director will perform a complete review of the return as prepared by the preparer, each executive committee board member is provided a copy of the form 990 with comments from the Executive Director where appropriate. Each Board member is provided a copy of the return for review prior to filing.

Part VI: Questions 15a and 15b - All of the officers or directors volunteer their time to Texas Stampede Inc and none are compensated for their services to the organization. All other employee compensation is determined by the excutive committee based on fair market value for similar positions.

Texas Stampede Inc reimburses the third party for the wages, payroll taxes and benefits of the employees. Five individuals were employed through this arrangement. Part XI, Line 2c: The executive board of Texas Stampede Inc assumes responsibility for oversight of the financial statement, audit and the selection of an independent accountant. The board does not appoint a separate audit committee.
