“The form 990 is prepared by a cpa who is experienced with non-profit organizations. A draft is sent to the members of the board, allowing time for their review; during this time questions can be raised with the preparer. Once all questions have been answered, and any necessary changes have been made, the form 990 is e-filed. When the 990 has been accepted, a copy of the acceptance and final return are sent to the board.”

“Part ix - expenses each quarter, expenses in the admin and development classes are compiled. These totals are then distributed by journal entry, using percentages, to more truly show the impact of these expenses on the programs, management and general, and fundraising expenses of mrn.”

“Initiatives, continued. Bengal initiative - in bengal, mrn has identified 3 partner organizations (flint global, pioneer bible translators, agape asia), 3 couples are in training pipeline. An additional 40 people of peace have been identified, 17 unreached people groups (upgs) are being contacted, and there are 135 new discovery bible study groups. A total of 58 new churches have been planted, 239 baptisms were celebrated, and 5 businesses are being sustained by movement leaders with the aid of flint global, which was networked to paresh through mrn. Mrn has identified 6 areas from which they can measure and gauge receptivity in the region. The organization wrote a white paper on partnerships in client/patron cultures and has created a 3-month bengal hub training program for 2023. Mediterranean rim initiative - in the mediterranean rim, mrn assists 7 teams across 4 countries. Another 7 people, from 4 families are in pre- launch stage. During 2022, there are disciples in at least 15 cities in over 9 countries. 221 baptisms were celebrated, 25 house churches were started, and over 40 groups were started (multiplying disciples to the 3rd generation). Atlantic bridge initiative (abi) - during 2022, 3 african american preachers traveled to 2 african countries (south africa and rwanda). These preachers assisted 4 churches with church equipping and connections. In addition, 22 preachers are in conversation with mrn about participating in abi and, further, 12 african american churches are involved in some level of networking with mrn. Empower, continued prayer coordination - during 2022, hundreds of people read mrn's monthly prayer articles on its website. In addition, two prayer challenges were held during 2022. 862 people joined the ramadan prayer challenge and another 102 joined the first diwali prayer challenge.”
