NOROC KEEPS ITS FUNDS IN A U.S. BANK ACCOUNT AT THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BAIRD IN BAIRD, TEXAS. ROMANIAN MISSIONARIES WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM THE U.S. BANK ACCOUNT IN ROMANIA BY USING AN ATM CARD.SCHEDULE F- PART IIIN THE PREVIOUS YEAR THE GRANT TO PURCHASE BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT WAS CAPITALIZED. THIS HOWEVER WAS INCORRECT. THE FUNDS WERE GRANTED TO THE ROMANIAN MISSIONARY ORGANIZATION TO PURCHASE THE BUILDING IN ROMANIA FOR THE ORPHAN HOME.
