THERE ARE NO EMPLOYEES AVAILABLE TO KEEP RECORDS OR CLOSE THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS. A VOLUNTEER PERSON CAME FORTH TO HELP GATHER INFORMATION AND ANSWER QUESTIONS. AT THIS TIME ALL OF THE ASSETS HAVE BEEN SOLD TO UNRELATED THIRD PARTIES. RECORDS WERE NOT KEPT FOR THE ORGANIZATION BETWEEN OCTOBER 1, 2010 AND SEPTEMBER 30, 2011. AS A RESULT, RECORDS HAD TO BE RECREATED BY THE TAX PREPARER IN ORDER TO PRODUCE A SET OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. UPON RECREATION OF THE FINANCIAL RECORDS, $3,265 OF EXPENSES COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED. THE TAX PREPARER MADE MULTIPLE GOOD FAITH ATTEMPTS TO OBTAIN INFORMATION, BUT ULTIMATELY, WAS UNABLE TO OBTAIN AN EXPLANATION. THE UNIDENTIFIED EXPENSES OF $3,265 HAVE BEEN RECORDED AS A MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSE.
