SCHEDULE O QUESTION 11(B)

“The organization is very small with only 10 board members. We have no formal written plan to review the form 990 before filing. However, our procedure is to have the preparer explain the form 990 to the board members and then answer any and all questions. This review takes place in a general board meeting. Board members are encouraged to ask questions. The organization prepares a compilation report each year for its financial activity during the year. Each member is given a financial report. All financial questions are answered. The books and records are always open to the board member and to anyone who requests financial information. A formal written plan to review the form 990 will be adopted in may 2017.”
