St. Johns Foundation Fund

The purpose for which this corporation is organized shall be to accept, hold, administer and invest such funds as may from time to time be given to the corporation by an person or entity, and to disburse such funds and the income as the board of trustees shall from time to time determine in its sole and absolute discretion exclusively for the benefit of either st. John's episcopal church of fort worth, texas, as a member of the episcopal diocese of fort worth, currently under the spiritual leadership of bishop jack iker or any successor thereof, so long as the diocese of fort worth (anglican) has no connection with the episcopal church of the domestic and foreign missionary society; or the diocese of fort worth as defined herein and any of their activities, with such benefit to be primarily for the furtherance of the traditional beliefs and activities of the anglican communion which is in accordance with the purpose of the corporation since its inception, and in general to do all thing
